At Comandante, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home essentials. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unused product in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
